Description
Central Arizona College is hiring a custodial maintenance worker at its Maricopa Campus. The role performs cleaning and maintenance across classrooms, offices, restrooms, entryways, theaters, residence facilities, and other campus buildings; secures doors and windows; inspects and reports repair needs; sets up equipment for events; stocks supplies; communicates disturbances to authorities; follows MSDS safety rules; operates hand, power, and forklift equipment; and performs basic landscaping, wiring support, vehicle/equipment maintenance, and painting. The position requires two years of related experience, the ability to read, write, and perform math calculations, an Arizona driver license or ability to obtain one, and availability for rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
