Description
Monterey Peninsula College District is hiring a Custodial Manager to plan, schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate custodial staff and leads; coordinate cleaning, maintenance, special setups, work orders, contractors, budgets, safety, equipment, and facility inspections; and prepare reports. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, four or more years of increasingly responsible custodial experience, and at least one year in a lead or supervisory capacity. The position works Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., is primarily indoor and physically demanding, and pays $6,498 to $7,894 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
