Description
The Custodial Working Manager will oversee daily custodial operations, supervise and coordinate custodial staff, conduct inspections and quality audits, maintain supplies and equipment, support training and administrative functions, and respond to customer requests. The role also requires hands-on custodial work, including cleaning, waste disposal, and operating floor-cleaning machinery, along with physical ability to perform demanding work and availability for overtime, weekends, or emergency call-outs.
