Description
The Custodial Manager leads and oversees custodial and janitorial operations for assigned facilities on a part-time basis. The role manages and develops custodial staff, assigns schedules, monitors performance, trains employees, and supports recruiting and retention. Responsibilities include overseeing cleaning of offices and common areas, coordinating specialized services, conducting inspections, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance, managing supplies and equipment, and responding to facility service requests. The position requires a high school diploma, at least five years of janitorial support experience, and a Secret Clearance; experience leading custodial teams and knowledge of cleaning programs, safety practices, and OSHA standards are preferred.
