Description
Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is hiring a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to monitor adherence to the organization’s Quality Control Plan at assigned worksites, inspect custodial services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies, and support corrective action through complaint investigation and root cause analysis. The role requires at least two years of custodial-services experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, physical ability to perform custodial contract tasks, compliance with screening and contract eligibility requirements, and flexibility to travel and work changing schedules, weekends, and holidays. The position involves indoor work with cleaning chemicals and physical activities including bending, crouching, walking, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
