Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is hiring a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to ensure adherence to the GCE Quality Control Plan at assigned worksites. The role inspects custodial services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies; communicates performance objectives; investigates customer complaints; performs root cause analysis; and recommends corrective actions. It requires at least two years of custodial experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, physical ability to perform custodial-related tasks, possible driving eligibility, background screening, and the ability to work with cleaning chemicals, travel between sites, and lift up to 50 pounds.
