Description
Harvard University is hiring a Custodial Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations in an assigned campus area, including cleaning schedules, quality inspections, employee and subcontractor supervision, training, customer service, safety and environmental compliance, and administrative duties. The role is full-time, on-campus, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two to three years of supervisory experience in a customer-focused custodial operation, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. The position is based at Harvard Medical School in the Boston Longwood Medical Area and offers medical, dental, and vision health insurance.
