Description
The Los Rios Supervisor Association is hiring a Custodial and Maintenance Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate custodial and maintenance activities at an assigned college. The role includes training and evaluating employees, participating in hiring, managing budgets, scheduling work, inspecting facilities, maintaining supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, supporting events and emergency plans, and administering disciplinary actions. Applicants need one year of lead or supervisory experience in a related field, three years of increasingly responsible custodial experience, an associate degree from an accredited institution, or two additional years of qualifying experience.
