Description
The Custodial Maintenance Worker assists the GGC Team Leader in maintaining a clean and safe facility by performing floor and carpet cleaning, trash removal, restroom and break-room sanitation, equipment operation, safety checks, and trainee supervision. The role requires custodial knowledge, the ability to supervise and train others, chemical-reading ability, a neat appearance, and availability for evenings and weekends. Physical duties include standing, bending, reaching, and regularly lifting up to 25 pounds.
