Description
The Custodial Supervisor leads NA-02 custodial workers, assigns and supervises work, provides training, maintains quality and safety standards, manages supplies and inventory, and performs or oversees industrial janitorial work such as floor care, vacuuming, equipment maintenance, restroom cleaning, and living-quarters housekeeping. The role requires independent work, communication, safety and security knowledge, industrial equipment operation, and the ability to perform light-to-heavy physical work, including work from ladders and scaffolds.
