Description
The Custodian 3 reports to the Manager of Custodial Services and maintains the cleanliness of assigned facilities, including bathrooms, dorm rooms, common areas, offices, and the building exterior. The role operates custodial equipment, handles spills and chemicals safely, supports infection control and pest management, maintains equipment and laundry, and may supervise custodians when the Custodial Supervisor is unavailable. The position requires prior housekeeping or custodial experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, OSHA knowledge, CPR certification within 90 days, an active driver’s license, and alignment with the organization’s Christian mission. The salary is $22.86–$24.57 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
