Description
The Custodian maintains assigned areas and equipment at Black Hawk College-East Campus through vacuuming, dusting, floor scrubbing, furniture care, window and fixture cleaning, waste and recycling removal, and vehicle cleaning and refueling. The role also assists with special-event setup and teardown and secures college property on assigned shifts. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, six months of experience operating and maintaining floor-cleaning machines, a current driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, English literacy, dependability, and physical ability to perform the duties.
