Description
The Custodian will clean and maintain the Rocky Heights Middle School facility, including trash removal, floor cleaning, dusting, snow and ice removal, event setup, building security, and reporting maintenance issues. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, can involve lifting up to 100 pounds and extensive walking, bending, standing, reaching, stooping, and occasional climbing, kneeling, or squatting. It is a regular full-time position with 40 scheduled hours per week, 260 work days, and a minimum hourly rate of $18.46 USD, with benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and insurance options.
