Description
The Custodian provides campus-wide custodial and customer-service support in Appleton, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include cleaning hard floors, carpets, restrooms, showers, and locker rooms; removing trash and recyclables; clearing snow and ice; making minor repairs; and assisting with special projects. The role works 40 hours per week Monday through Friday on a flexible schedule, reports to the Assistant Director of Campus Services – Custodial, and requires the ability to climb a 12-foot stepladder, lift 50 pounds, learn equipment, and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous custodial experience are preferred but not required.
