Description
This job involves performing various manual cleaning and maintenance tasks, including building upkeep, grounds maintenance, and assisting with supply deliveries and minor equipment repairs. The custodian will handle general warehouse duties, ensure accurate order verification, manage fuel oil levels, and perform routine cleaning of all spaces, including restrooms, windows, and furniture. They will also be responsible for outdoor area maintenance like sweeping, trash removal, and snow application.
