Description
The Custodian maintains cleanliness and safety in industrial, municipal, or other work environments by cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, furniture, equipment, and other work areas; operating vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment; handling chemicals safely; performing minor repairs; transporting waste; replenishing supplies; and assisting with firewatch. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, communication, reliability, safety awareness, and scheduling flexibility, with a stated 40-hour workweek and $14 salary.
