Petersen is hiring a Custodial Services Worker to support daily cleaning and basic facility upkeep in factory and office areas. The role involves completing assigned cleaning tasks, maintaining equipment and common spaces, using custodial tools, assisting with minor painting or maintenance, restocking supplies, reporting facility issues, and supporting 5S and continuous improvement. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday for 40 hours per week and requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and comfort working in industrial environments.
