The Janitor/Building Maintenance Worker is responsible for keeping buildings clean and orderly through heavy cleaning, restroom service, trash removal, floor and window cleaning, carpet shampooing, furniture care, snow and debris removal, minor repairs, and grounds maintenance. The role offers two shifts, 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. or 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., and requires a high school diploma or GED plus six months to one year of related experience.
