Touro University California is seeking a Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all campus buildings. The role involves recurring tasks such as emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and rearranging furniture. Periodic tasks include high-level dusting, window cleaning, restocking supplies, spot cleaning, localized pest control, deep cleaning offices, and power washing exteriors. Special projects involve striping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, and refinishing floors. The ideal candidate will possess strong reasoning and mathematical competencies, some experience operating various cleaning equipment, and a valid California driver's license.
