Description
Genesis Investment Properties is hiring a custodian to maintain the cleanliness of office, laboratory, common, restroom, utility, eating, exterior ground, and parking areas. The Monday-Friday evening schedule is 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with possible weekend work. Duties include cleaning and sterilizing laboratory ware where applicable, managing consumable supplies, floor care, waste and recycling removal, minor maintenance assistance, and maintaining a safe, uncluttered environment.
