This custodial and facilities maintenance role performs cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds, operates heating and air-conditioning equipment, handles supplies and deliveries, maintains cleaning and lawn equipment, and completes related site-support tasks. The position requires physical heavy work, independent task completion, communication with school staff and students, and adherence to cleaning schedules and safety-related procedures. It is an entry-level, non-exempt role reporting to a Site Coordinator, Program Director, or designee; the employer is not identified in the posting.
