Georgia State University’s Building Services Department is hiring one Custodian II for campus facilities in Atlanta. The role performs custodial care, floor cleaning and restoration, trash removal, restroom and classroom set-up, emergency clean-ups, and other assigned cleaning duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, subject to change, with a competitive salary of $32,400 to $38,900 and benefits including health, dental, vision, tuition assistance, and retirement. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related institutional, industrial, or commercial experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 pounds; heavy lifting, floor-restoration experience, cleaning-team leadership, and formal facilities training are preferred.
