St. John Neumann Catholic Church is hiring a Custodian/Maintenance employee to keep the parish campus clean, safe, orderly, and welcoming. The role combines custodial and janitorial work with routine handyman and building maintenance, including basic repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, event setup, grounds care, and safety reporting. The position requires a valid Texas driver’s license, the ability to work independently and some nights and weekends, and completion of required diocesan background, fingerprint, and Safe Environment training; a high school diploma or equivalent and prior custodial or facilities experience are preferred.
