Description
The full-time Custodian cleans and maintains work sites, restrooms, exterior areas, offices, shops, and other occupied areas in accordance with contract requirements and company policy. Duties include spot cleaning, dusting, window and glass cleaning, furniture cleaning, trash removal, dryer-duct and washer/dryer cleaning, and playground-area maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of similar experience, a valid driver’s license, background-check clearance, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively. The position pays $18.28 per hour plus $5.09 in health and welfare benefits.
