Description
The Custodian cleans and maintains work sites, restrooms, exterior areas, offices, shops, and other occupied areas in accordance with contract requirements and company policy. The role includes janitorial tasks such as spot cleaning, dusting, window and glass cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning children’s furniture and playground areas. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of similar experience, a valid driver’s license, background-check clearance, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively. The pay is $18.28 per hour plus $5.09 in health and welfare.
