Description
The Custodian maintains a safe, clean, orderly, and welcoming environment at Klamath Community College by performing cleaning, waste and recycling, minor maintenance, equipment operation, grounds maintenance, special-event setup and teardown, facility-service coordination, material handling, and security-related duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of custodian experience, and prior experience with floor scrubbing, carpet shampooing, and high-speed floor polishing equipment. The position is open until filled and involves physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and exposure to cleaning chemicals and moving mechanical parts.
