Description
The Custodian Tech- Floater maintains clean and professional office environments across retail branches through independent routine cleaning, facility stocking, work-order response, customer communication, inventory management, and vehicle maintenance. The role is full-time and year-round, with a Monday–Friday 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. schedule, 40 hours per week, and overtime available. It offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits, along with a company vehicle, technology, supplies, and uniform. One or more years of experience is preferred, while a high school degree or equivalent, valid driver’s license, customer service skills, iPad and iPhone proficiency, workload planning, independent work, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more are required. Pay is $22–$24 per hour.
