Description
The Custodian Technician maintains clean and professional office environments across retail branches through independent routine cleaning, service-request response, work-order completion, customer communication, supply and equipment inventory, and vehicle maintenance. The role offers full-time year-round employment with consistent hours, benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company vehicle, and equipment and supplies. Candidates should have customer service skills, iPad and iPhone proficiency, independent work ability, a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more; one or more years of experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with overtime available, and the salary range is $22–$24 per hour.
