Description
The Bakery and Deli Front-of-House Associate takes orders for cakes, baked goods, and catering services; answers phone calls; assists guests with product and ingredient questions; records special orders; maintains a clean and stocked work area; and provides friendly, attentive service. The role supports bakery, deli, front-of-house, and back-of-house operations and requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, prioritization, knowledge of bakery products, a California Food Handler Card, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
