Description
The Custom Applicator operates high-clearance sprayers, floaters, and other application equipment to apply fertilizers and crop protection products; provides customer service and grower education; coordinates with agronomy sales; performs warehouse, forklift, maintenance, and product-handling duties; and picks up and delivers products. The role requires a CDL or ability to obtain one within 30 days, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, drug-screen eligibility, and DOT and company safety compliance, with seasonal extended hours. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits.
