Roche is hiring a Custom Software Developer for Pharma Technical Development to build and maintain digital solutions supporting clinical pipeline and manufacturing processes. The role contributes across the full software lifecycle, including web applications, microservices, feature development, integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, code reviews, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have software engineering experience, exposure to software validation and regulatory frameworks, and proficiency with modern backend and frontend technologies, APIs, databases, CI/CD, containers, and Git. The position is based primarily in Warsaw Grafit, with a stated gross salary range of 121,800 PLN to 226,200 PLN and additional benefits.
