Accenture is hiring a Custom Software Engineering Lead to own the technical direction and architecture of bespoke automotive software solutions. The role leads SDV application development across vehicle state management, remote services, in-vehicle AI, OTA delivery, vehicle-to-cloud integration, and related platforms, while establishing development standards, conducting reviews, and mentoring developers. It requires advanced C++ and AUTOSAR Adaptive expertise, microservice architecture, vehicle OS, OTA, testing, and experience with automotive SoCs; the position is open across delivery locations in Pune.
