Description
The Sourcing SME owns the end-to-end sourcing cycle for assigned IT categories, including sourcing strategy, RFP/RFI/RFQ execution, supplier evaluation, contract award, and post-award contract support. The role partners with Technology, Legal, Finance, and InfoSec stakeholders, manages bid analysis and scoring, supports commercial negotiations, and ensures sourcing outcomes are documented and handed over to vendor governance. It requires 9+ years of dedicated sourcing and procurement experience focused on IT or technology categories, a postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience, and strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
