Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineering Lead to own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, particularly AI-powered enterprise applications. The role leads design and delivery, sets development standards, mentors teams, and drives architecture for Python, GenAI, RAG, LLM integration, vector search, data pipelines, observability, and scalable application delivery. Candidates need at least five years of Python development experience, two years of AI-GenAI application development experience, strong coding and problem-solving skills, and 15 years of full-time education.
