Description
Blastmanager is hiring a Subject-Matter Advisor to provide professional support and advice to customers using its blasting-management software, develop relationships with contractors, rock blasters, and partners, conduct meetings and training, identify commercial opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute customer insights to product development. The role requires a background in blasting or construction, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to travel approximately 20–30 days per year. It can be performed from home, with preferred locations in Eastern, Southern, or Western Norway, and offers a more integrated work arrangement for candidates near Kristiansand, Oslo, or Tønsberg.
