The role partners with Sales and Account Managers, leads one-on-one and group onboarding, tracks activation metrics in CRM/CSP, supports re-adoption, and contributes to scalable onboarding playbooks. It is remote-first with a hybrid option in Kitchener, Ontario, and pays CAD 80,000–90,000.
