The role uses product and systems knowledge to drive sales, provide retail and customer service, deliver suitable solutions, and occasionally provide virtual chat messaging or home-assistance support. Candidates should have a great attitude, willingness to learn, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with retail, contact centre, or hospitality experience beneficial but not essential.
