Description
The Customer Advisor will work at the DEVK office in Belka as part of the agency team, advising private and business customers on insurance matters, building long-term relationships, acquiring new customers, reviewing and optimizing insurance situations, and managing and settling small claims. The role requires completed commercial vocational training, ideally insurance or finance sales or insurance specialist training, customer consulting or sales experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a valid Class B driver’s license. It is a permanent full-time position with a base salary, performance-based compensation, company pension, flexible working hours, and further training opportunities.
