Description
The Customer Advisor will advise and support private and commercial customers on insurance matters, build lasting relationships, acquire new customers without cold calling, review and optimize existing insurance situations, and manage and process minor claims. The role is based at the DEVK branch office in Salzgitter-Lebenstedt and requires completed commercial vocational training, ideally insurance or financial-investment specialist training, customer-consulting or sales experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a Class B driver’s license.
