KIKXXL is hiring Customer Advisors for its service team to handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing, support customers through callback appointments and after-sales services, consult on products, prices, and tariffs, prepare offers and enter orders, process complaints, and operate customer-specific IT systems. The role requires German communication skills, customer-oriented problem solving, PC skills, and flexibility for shifts and weekends, with a base salary of €2,400 to €2,900 per month plus uncapped commission and additional benefits.
