Description
The Customer Advisor will support health insurance fund customers in Antwerp through appointments, video calls, phone, and email, providing clear advice on complex insurance matters, ensuring follow-up, and converting potential customers. The role requires fluent Dutch, French, and English, willingness to complete tests and training in Ghent, and availability for full-time or at least 4/5 full-time work with varying hours. Compensation is €2,700–€3,000 gross per month plus meal vouchers, eco vouchers, and full public transport reimbursement.
