Ford is hiring a full-time Customer Advisor for its workshop in Hessisch Oldendorf, starting as soon as possible. The role provides in-person and telephone customer support, schedules and coordinates appointments, handles customer inquiries, supports vehicle-service consulting, and performs general administrative tasks. Applicants should have completed vocational training, ideally in automotive sales, with technical automotive knowledge, computer skills, reliability, and strong communication. The position offers permanent employment, alternating early and late shifts, and one Friday off per month.
