ICS is hiring a full-time Customer Advisor in Amsterdam to assist private and business customers with credit-card questions, applications, and payments. The role offers 24–36 hours per week, two weeks of office training, and a starting salary of €15.90 gross per hour, with a possible increase to €16.96 gross per hour after four months. The position requires at least MBO 4-level working and thinking ability, telephone customer-service experience is advantageous, and the Wft Basic certificate or willingness to obtain it is required.
