Description
TCS is hiring a Life Insurance Customer Advisor in Alkmaar to answer customer and intermediary questions by phone, chat, and email, process policy changes and amendments, and independently resolve insurance and administrative requests. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two fixed office days in Alkmaar and the remainder from home, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 08:30 to 17:00. Candidates need at least an MBO 4 diploma, customer-contact experience, Dutch and English proficiency, and willingness to obtain a Wft Basic certificate; the start date is September or October.
