Description
TCS is hiring a Life Insurance Customer Advisor in Alkmaar to answer customer and intermediary questions by phone, chat, and email; process life insurance policy changes and amendments; and independently resolve administrative and substantive insurance questions. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with at least two fixed office days per week, Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, and a start date in September or October. Applicants need at least an MBO level 4 diploma, customer-contact experience, Dutch and English communication skills, and WFT Basic or willingness to obtain it. The salary is €2,800–€3,500 per month based on 40 hours.
