TCS Consultancy is hiring a Life Insurance Customer Advisor in Alkmaar to advise customers and intermediaries through phone, chat, and email, handle administrative changes and complex tax issues, and resolve issues independently. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two fixed days in the Alkmaar office, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:30–17:00. Applicants need an MBO 4 diploma or VWO/MBO 3, Wft Basis certification or readiness to obtain it, and excellent Dutch and English skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,500, travel expense reimbursement, Wft certification support, and 25 vacation days plus an 8.33% holiday allowance.
