Achmea is hiring an Insurance Customer Advisor in Apeldoorn to advise entrepreneurs on business non-life insurance, including motor insurance and other products. The role involves answering inbound and outbound calls, assessing customer situations, providing advice, assisting with online services, and identifying cross-selling and deep-selling opportunities. It is an entry-level full-time position with training, a gross monthly salary of €3,200–€3,400, and the possibility of partly hybrid work after onboarding.
