Essent is hiring Customer Advisors nationwide to work in shop-in-shop locations within MediaMarkt stores. The role advises customers on energy contracts, sustainable energy solutions, and related technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps, insulation, and charging stations, while also generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The position is available full-time or part-time, with flexible weekday, evening, and weekend work, and offers hourly pay of €17.03–€17.88 plus a year-end bonus.
