Randstad Professionals is hiring a Customer Advisor Digital Banking for a modern virtual bank. The role provides advice, analyzes customer needs, offers solutions through phone and digital channels, and supports customer satisfaction and teamwork. It includes a six-week fully paid training program followed by a permanent contract, with shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 and one compensated Saturday per month. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree, excellent Dutch, a commercial mindset, initiative, and comfort with digital applications; French is a plus. Compensation is up to €2,958 gross per month, including a 13th-month payment, plus meal vouchers, an expense allowance, annual vouchers, insurance, and public-transport reimbursement.
