LOXAM GmbH is hiring a full-time Customer Advisor / Dispatcher in Neuss to provide personal and telephone customer support, process rental orders and contracts, manage equipment issuance and returns, maintain customer accounts, and conduct marketing and sales activities. The role requires a commercial apprenticeship, a class B driver’s license, German language skills at least at B2, and strong IT, negotiation, and customer-contact skills; construction-industry experience and sales experience in rental services or construction machinery are advantageous.
